| PLOT SYNOPSIS for Sangekikan: Yumeko |
|
| Made-for-video movie based on the episodes in the long-running horror comic 'Sangekikan' (roughly means 'House of tragedy' or 'House of massacre') by Ochazukenori (often called 'Dario Argento of manga'). 'Yumeko' is the recurring character in the series. - Yumeko appears to be an ordinary high school girl, but she has a secret. Every night she has a dream which foretells the murder. The visions of the victims are so scary that she can't do nothing about them. One night she has a dream of a child being tormented to death by the mother. This time it's different, because the child lives in the same apartment. She calls the children protection center and gives some information about the abuse. Eventually her action saves the child. The fact encourages her to do something about her dreams. 'I may be able to save the victims in my dreams.' She starts analyzing the elements in another dream haunting her. Desolated hospital, hut of windmill, large house with the name plate 'Matsuda', high school girl, hunchback man, blood-stained knife, red car, man with the glass, name card of 'Heikichi Takenaka'... She begins the reseach by searching a house of 'Matsuda'. She donesn't know that the house is called 'Sangekikan', which has the bloody, horrible history... |
