|
| In an old harbor town, there is a young man named Rai. He is called 'Hotoke' (which has many meanings including 'merciful person'), since he is always smiling, never gets angry, and he's been making a huge sculpture of Buddha (often called 'Hotoke-sama' in Japan) using scraps. He's been in love with Yuma, a blind girl. But Yuma loves Rai's elder brother, Shiba. he is a tough guy and the leader of young guys around. She still believes Shiba's words 'I'll marry you when grown up' told in their childhood. When Rai learns Yuma regained eyesight, something changes inside him... |
