| PLOT SYNOPSIS for Majuu Sensen: The Apocalypse Vol.1 |
 |
| Based on the manga by Ken Ishikawa. The story of this OVA 'The Apocalypse' is set between Ishikawa's original manga 'Majuu Sensen' and its sequel 'Shinsetsu Majuu Sensen'. - In the original 'Majuu Sensen', 'God' picks up 13 scientist and orderes them to create 'New-man' (fusion of human and other animal) to exterminate the filthy humankind. Shin'ichi is used as their 1st experiment by his own father, Genzou Kuruma. Shin'ichi has become 'Majuu' (evil beast) and fights other New-mans and 13 scientists.... And now, it's 5 years after the catastrophy of Tokyo as the result of the battles. Genzou needs Maria's blood in order to resurrect God. But Maria is dead. The only hope for his ambition is the blood of their own son, Shin'ichi, who now lives somewhere in Tokyo. The key to Genzou's plan is the hyper-cell left by Shin'ichi during the previous battles. He implants the cell to Ayaka Sanders, a daughter of one of the '13 scientists'. If everything goes well, the cell in Ayaka's body will call Shin'ichi. And when they meet, the battle between God and Majuu (evil beast) will begin, once again... |
